We welcome submissions of original research and survey papers dealing with energy systems and power. Our e-journal provides an opportunity to publish high quality, peer-reviewed papers which may incorporate colour images and graphics. Papers must be submitted in English and must not exceed 50 pages in length.See submission guidelines online.
Please submit papers proposed for publication by emailing your complete paper manuscript as one Word document, along with the completed IJESP Publishing Form to the publisher. Your paper must include:
- title of paper
- names of author(s) and complete addresses with email address of each author
- keywords (up to 10 words)
- biographical notes of no more than 100 words for each author
- an abstract of no more than 150 words
- references (using the Harvard short reference system).
If graphics or photographs are included please submit them separately as EPS (graphics) or jpeg (photographs) formats.
Publication Process
- Please format your paper using the provided Microsoft Word template. If you have any questions about using the style sheet or other aspects of this template, please direct them to the Editor. Your finalized paper, in this Word format, should be submitted to the Journal.
- Papers which are received will be sent to reviewers. You will be informed if your paper has been accepted as submitted, accepted subject to revisions, or rejected.
- If your paper is accepted subject to revisions you will be asked to return it with revisions. The Editor will either return it to you in PDF format for your final approval, or ask you to convert the final version to PDF format, and submit it as final.
- The paper will then be published.
Costs of Publication
This e-journal is available to readers on the internet at no cost. Authors are charged publication fees based on the length of their papers. Only papers which have been peer reviewed and accepted by the reviewers and our editors will be published.
Publishing fees are US$380 for six pages or fewer, or $500 for papers from 7-15 pages in length. The fee for manuscripts which are longer than 15 pages will be an additional $100 per extra page. Copy editing may be required for some submissions. IJESP can provide copy editing and related services. Contact us for information on fees for such services. The publishing fees cover cost of publication only.
An initial fee of $100 must be included with the submission. If the paper is accepted the author will be billed for the remainder of the fee prior to publication.

Copyright
Authors will retain copyright of their papers. However, authors whose papers are accepted will be asked to agree to a license through Creative Commons which will provide public access to the paper on the internet and also protection of the author's work.
Archives
Journal archives will be archived electronically and will be available on the IJESP site.
